Each color and symbol have their meaning and history of the organization. Given the large number of professional and sub professionals in the industry The plantation is a UiTM plantation alumni then “Industrial Drivers State Farming “was chosen as the slogan of PAPU.
Green Color
GREEN colour represents the farming / farming industry that always looks lush and fresh. Plantation alumni born by ITM / UiTM are also always fresh and energetic to contribute in whatever areas are required.
Yellow Color
colour symbolizes pollen that is so clean and sacred. Pollen is the beginning of breed formation.The ITM/ UiTM plantation alumni who were originally like pure and sacred pollen were then nurtured into good breeds to preserve the nation’s prosperity.
Brown Color
colour symbolizes fertile soil which is the foundation of the agricultural / plantation industry. ITM / UiTM is a fertile land that has produced thousands of knowledgeable and skilled agricultural graduates.
PAPU

PAPU stands for Malaysian UiTM Plantation Alumni Association displayed
boldly to raise pride among members.

A leaf with a symmetrical leaf vein. Observed it looks like books that are organized openly symbolize the knowledge and experience that alumni are willing to contribute to the excellence of education at UiTM.

The two palm oil fronds and stacked up and parallel symbolize the aspirations of alumni to move in tandem with UiTM for the continued development of UiTM especially the Faculty of Plantation & Agrotechnology and the country in general.
